Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your order from Honeybee by Caley! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

Returns

• Returns are accepted for store credit only.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• You must initiate your return within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, you'll receive a store credit gift card via email to use on a future purchase.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

• Please email us to request an exchange. If the size you need is still in stock, we’ll set it aside and ship it out at no extra cost as soon as we receive your return.
• Customers are still responsible for return shipping costs, but we’ll cover the shipping for the new item going out.
• If the item is no longer available, we’ll issue you store credit to use toward anything else you love.
